Location
The hotel is located in the lush Cumberland Plateau region between Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga, in the centre of Fairfield Glade. Guests will find restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and bars and shops (Walgreens and Crossville) around 15 to 20 minutes' drive away. The Greyhound Bus station is approximately 45 minutes by car and the beach at Saint George Lake is roughly an 8-minute drive. Other area attractions include Cumberland Mountain (24 minutes' drive), Lone Mountain (56 minutes), Fall Creek Falls State Park (80 minutes), Smoky Mountains (an hour and a half) and Edgar Evins State Park (roughly an hour and 15 minutes by car). Guests may also take a day trip to Nashville, which takes around 2 hours' drive.
Facilities
The holiday complex was renovated in 2010. A total of 467 accommodation units, distributed among the main building and the 75 adjacent buildings, are offered at the resort. Services and facilities at the hotel include internet access, a restaurant, a bar, a newspaper stand, a playroom and a childcare service. Children can have fun playing in the garden. Guests arriving in their own vehicles can park in the car park.
