  • Services: Travel planning, booking, influencer marketplace, and other related services are provided by Planingo.ai.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Planingo. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
  • If you represent a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Planingo is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services

4.1 Travel Planning and Booking

Planingo offers an all-in-one travel service from planning to post-trip. However:

  • We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., hotels, airlines, or activity providers).
  • Booking terms are subject to the policies of the respective service provider.

4.2 Travel Maker Services

  • Travel Makers can create, share, and sell itineraries.
  • Travel Makers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
  • By making a payment, you agree to the fees and terms associated with the transaction.

5.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to the relevant service provider’s cancellation policy.
  • Planingo will facilitate refunds but cannot guarantee outcomes for third-party disputes.

5.3 Fraud Detection

Planingo uses advanced fraud detection systems to ensure secure transactions. If your refund request is flagged for verification, you will be required to provide:

  1. A valid photo ID.
  2. Proof of payment method (e.g., last four digits of card or transaction ID).
  3. Verification of bank details for security purposes.

Failure to provide the requested information within 7 days may result in the refund request being declined.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
