We arrived here early in the morning to avoid the queues. The views from the top are really beautiful. Many come here for the sunset but I think anytime of the day will do as long as the weather is nice. There's a museum inside. This used to be a watchtower built by the people from Genoa. It's truly a beautiful tower.

Amazing views!!! Well worth it. The amount of time you're going to wait is going to vary greatly from day to day and hour-by hour. Buying tickets directly on site is the cheapest and easiest option. Although the ticket line itself can take a while. Note: they do accept credit card. Sometimes the line moves extremely slowly to get into the tower, other times it moves pretty quickly. Once inside, everything moves pretty fast and you have lots of levels to explore. We went with our kids ages 8 and 10 and they loved it. Note: there is *not* a bathroom in the Tower.

Absolutely stunning views from the top, price is a bit hefty (30E??) but worth it if you like views. Elevator is extra charge but easy to go up steps about 6 floors. Each floor has something to read so you can pause if you need to. Very busy around Sunset so we went in the morning, before 10 is best if you want to avoid crowds. If you do want to go at Sunset, I recommended buy your ticket in advance because otherwise you’ll wait in a line for half an hour !

Great place to take pictures. Not deserve the €30 (July 2024) at all since the line is too long. Maybe 40mins wait. Istanbul fits its price in 2023 not 2024 tho. Great city to city walk but should skip the attractions

Unfortunately couldn’t go to the top 🔝 because of the renovation work. Very unlucky but if are in Istanbul this place is a must visit place. It’s beautiful, it looks amazing and is visible almost every where from the city. The streets around is awesome, make sure eat the famous cheese cake near the tower. Amazing place a must go.
