Staying here is like staying in someone's private Palazzo, a very unique experience! We do have a private dock for the taxi, the waterbus stop is rights outside the main door and there is a Traghetto Gondola right in front. We are a family friendly property even if we don't have any connecting room. But we can easily book one room next to the other, just let us know at the moment of the reservation.
