Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, an island paradise of natural exclusivity. 25 minutes from the heart of Qatar’s vibrant capital, a luxury catamaran ferry crosses crystal clear water to reach a breathtaking island that feels a world away, while a private helicopter pad offers an exclusive arrival with a bird’s eye coastal view. Guests can visit the Corniche promenade and Souq Waqif which are 20 minutes from Banana Island by ferry. Doha International Airport is 5 km away from the property. A luxury limousine service along with a catamaran ferry can be arranged with the hotel.
Rooms
All rooms feature air conditioning, a living room and a bathroom. A balcony or terrace is also included as standard. Many accommodation units offer beautiful sea views. Among the amenities are a safe and a . Tea and coffee making equipment is included as standard. Additional features, including internet access, a telephone, a TV, a DVD player and wireless internet access, contribute to a great stay. Guests will also find slippers provided. In each of the bathrooms, guests will find a shower, a bathtub, a hairdryer and bathrobes.
Restaurant
Savoury dining options includes Riva a contemporary Italian restaurant that serves delectable fresh seafood and meat dishes in a trattoria setting. Al Nahham serves aromatic Arabic-Mediterranean cuisine with panoramic view over Doha skyline. Exotic mocktails are served by the pool .
The hotel offers a wide range of bookable meals and board options, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, half board and full board.

A lobby and a reception are available to guests. Services and facilities at the hotel include internet access, wireless internet access, a restaurant, a café, a , a library and room service.
The hotel offers an outdoor pool and a children's pool. The sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace offer a great place to unwind. The hot tub offers revitalization. The poolside serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The hotel offers a very extensive outdoor sport and leisure program, with beach volleyball. For a fee, tennis, volleyball and golf are also available. Sports options available to guests of the hotel include a gym, or for a fee, bowling. Guests of the hotel can allow themselves to be pampered with spa treatments in the recreational area. Options include a spa and a hammam, as well as massage treatments for a fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note of the following operating procedure of the hotel:
- Villas and Suites are open but only 50% inventory as the hotel following the Qatar Clean program, the hotel can only sell the rooms after 24hrs after guest check out
- Restaurants: Q-, Riva and Al Nahham are opened the rest are closed all day dining closed
- Spa and Wellness Closed until government gives go ahead
- Gym and pool and kids pool will open 1 August

NOTE:
All passengers must sign an Undertaking and Acknowledgement Form before arriving in Qatar. The form is available on the Ministry of Public Health website, pre-registration platform website (www.ehteraz.gov.qa) and airline online booking form.

Travelers must take a PCR test result at a medical center accredited by the health authorities in the country of departure. The test result must be negative and must be done 72 hours before arrival in Qatar.

NOTICE: Please be informed that Further to Corniche Road closure during Qatar National Day on18th December 00:00 hrs. till 19 December 2021 00:00 hrs. Boat operations will be diverted to/from Pearl Marina on the aforementioned dates at the Water Taxi Gate 01.

No show and early departure will be subjected to 100% charge. No date, name and room change allowed. Bookings including children will be based on sharing parents bedding, no separate bed for children is provided unless otherwise stated.
NOTE: Transfer by a luxury boat to the resort will be FREE OF CHARGE.
Existing reservation cannot be cancelled and rebooked under lower promotion.
